Events Designed with ESG in Mind

Developments worldwide have made it clear that our actions and inactions are directly and negatively impacting the world we live in today. At Event Dynamics, we are committed to rethinking, redesigning, and reimagining events in ways that truly do contribute to a better world.

With ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies demonstrating a company's commitment to key issues like sustainability and diversity, these factors will become even more important in every aspect of event design. Traditional in-person meetings are incredibly wasteful ~ from tradeshow booth materials to signage to plastic water bottles ~ but we take the time and effort to make your event more sustainable, helping leave a positive legacy post-event.

Some ways in which we do this:

  • We seek out event venues and green destinations that are centrally located and committed to sustainable practices, such as using renewable resources, recycling, energy conservation, etc.

  • Sourcing locally as much as possible when it comes to décor, attendee supplies, food, and staffing.

  • Giving back to local communities by donating food and supplies.

  • Reducing waste through things like using recyclable name badges and ditching plastic name badge holders, minimizing printed materials, and selecting attendee materials that will stay out of landfills and are ethically made.
