Traditional in-person meetings are incredibly wasteful ~ from tradeshow booth materials to signage to plastic water bottles ~ but we take the time and effort to make your event more sustainable, helping leave a positive legacy post-event.
Some ways in which we do this:
We seek out event venues and green destinations that are centrally located and committed to sustainable practices, such as using renewable resources, recycling, energy conservation, etc.
Sourcing locally as much as possible when it comes to décor, attendee supplies, food, and staffing.
Giving back to local communities by donating food and supplies.
Reducing waste through things like using recyclable name badges and ditching plastic name badge holders, minimizing printed materials, and selecting attendee materials that will stay out of landfills and are ethically made.
